National brain tumour research funding needs to increase to £30-35 million a year
Get up close and personal to the research at one of our Centres of Excellence, and hear about the latest ground-breaking research updates first-hand from our expert world-class scientists.
Lab tours are usually a mix of presentation about the research, followed by a walk through the facilities, where our scientists will introduce you to various aspects of their work and how they are looking at various ways to fight this devastating disease.
You can ask questions about the research and understand how the work undertaken is getting us closer to a cure.
Our lab tours often coincide with a formal placing of special commemorative tiles on a Wall of Hope. These tiles represent funds raised to sponsor a day of research and are a permanent recognition of the efforts of our amazing supporters and often form a lasting tribute to loved ones lost to a brain tumour.
Lab tours are popular - it's inspiring to see how people leave with so much new knowledge and passion to redouble their fundraising efforts. And it's a privilege for our Researchers to meet our dedicated supporters.
Places on our lab tours are limited. Check out our Sponsor a Day page to learn how you might be able to join one of our fascinating and inspiring tours.
