National brain tumour research funding needs to increase to £35 million a year
A minute’s silence before we #ShineALight
At 11am today (Wednesday 1st March), a minute’s silence was observed to mark the start of Brain Tumour Awareness Month and remember all those affected by this devastating disease.
We paused to reflect at each of our Research Centres of Excellence and at our head office, and others in our community also fell silent to observe this poignant moment of remembrance.
At 7:30pm this evening (Wednesday 1st March), help us #ShineALight on brain tumours.
Get involved by lighting a candle and posting a photo on social media using the hashtag #ShineALight. With your help, we will illuminate social media with photos of candles to raise awareness and show our support for everyone affected, and remember those lost to brain tumours.
