Have you heard? Our 10,000 Steps a Day in February Challenge is coming back in 2023 and we need YOU to step up to help make it bigger than ever.

Our most popular Facebook challenge so far, 10,000 Steps a Day in February has raised more than £1 million since it launched in 2021. That’s an incredible achievement and is all thanks to the thousands of supporters who have stepped forward to help find a cure.

Join the 2023 challenge, reap the health and wellbeing benefits of doing 10,000 steps every day for a month, and help us get closer to our vision of finding a cure for all types of brain tumours.

To sign up, all you need to do is join our friendly Facebook Group here. Then complete the short form to register and then follow the prompt to set up your Facebook fundraiser.

When you get your first donation, we’ll send you an emoji t-shirt and a printed tracker to help you tot up your steps total throughout the month. Plus, if you can raise £137 – which represents 5% of the cost of a day of research at one of our Centres of Excellence – you’ll also get a special medal to commemorate your amazing achievement.

The best part is that you can complete your steps wherever you are. Head to your local park and enjoy the fresh air. Take a new route around your community every day. Walk on the treadmill at the gym. Go for a wander during your lunch break at work. Stay home and complete your steps around your house or garden. It’s your challenge, your way!

Will you step up to the challenge?
