Walk of Hope Leicester

Challenge event categories
Step forward for our Walk of Hope Leicester and help find a cure for brain tumours. This event is supported by City Couriers Direct.
Our walk will take us around Bradgate Park, with scenic views of the Bradgate House ruins and Cropston reservoir to enjoy along the way.
Bradgate Park was first enclosed as a deer park around 800 years ago. It provides 830 acres of publicly accessible countryside close to Leicester City Centre. Along the route you will see deer, ducks and other wildlife. Bradgate House is one of England's great 'lost country houses', a once-magnificent Tudor mansion and the birthplace of Lady Jane Grey, the tragic 'Nine Days Queen'.
The Deer Barn café is halfway along our route where we can break for refreshments.
