Our Christmas Hope

Bobby Humphries

Bobby was just two years old when he was diagnosed with a large brain tumour. He underwent life-threatening surgery and chemotherapy when just a toddler. Sadly, Bobby’s tumour recurred when he was six and he had to go through another 18 months of chemotherapy.

His mum, Georgina, told us: “I’m determined to raise awareness and funds for this dreadful disease to try and prevent other parents going through the heart-break that we have and hope some positive can come from our ordeal by doing so..”

By donating to help Brain Tumour Research this Christmas, you will also be giving hope to all families affected by this devastating disease.

Gift Aid Declaration

I confirm I am a UK tax payer and I agree to Brain Tumour Research claiming tax on all past present and future donations I make to the charity.

By ticking this box I am confirming I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and / or Capital Gains Tax for each year (6th April to 5th April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year.

I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify.

I understand that Brain Tumour Research will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give on or after 6th April 2008.
