On day 15 of our Advent Appeal, a celebrity supporter and national treasure has a special message of hope on our annual Wear A Christmas Hat Day.
TV personality Russell Grant, who had major surgery to remove a pituitary tumour at the base of his brain a year ago, is urging people to join him in wearing a Christmas hat today and donating what they can.
Astrologist and Strictly Come Dancing star, Russell, said: “I am so grateful to the team who helped me during my hour of need. Now it’s Christmas and we should all extend a helping hand to someone.”
By popping on a Christmas hat, you can raise some festive cheer, as well as vital funds for research. Every little makes a big difference for brain tumour patients and their loved ones.
