The Nicki Waterman Kerala Challenge

Last weekend, a team of amazing supporters set off for an epic fundraising event, The Nicki Waterman Kerala Challenge

Nicki Waterman, who was one of the UK's foremost fitness experts, died from an aggressive brain tumour in 2016, just 15 months after diagnosis. In her final days, the 53-year-old told her family and friends: “There is nothing you can do for me now — but please help others.”

Close friend and celebrity client, Denise van Outen together with Nicki’s daughter, Alex Thrussell, are now honouring her wishes with this fantastic challenge.

The team are aiming to complete the 187-mile ride in just five days. Traversing the challenging sub-tropical landscape of Kerala in southern India, they will face sweltering average daily temperatures of around 30˚C. Follow their adventure on social media #NWKC2017.
