National brain tumour research funding needs to increase to £35 million a year
Join our new #SquatJumpChallenge
Our 100 Squats or Star Jumps a Day in November Challenge launches today. Who will you do it for?
Choose whether you’ll squat or star jump and tailor the challenge to your ability. Decide whether you’ll spread your squats or star jumps throughout each day or try to complete all 100 in one go.
Take part anywhere – at home, in your garden, at the gym, at your local park, indoors or outdoors – wherever you like. Take part on your own or get your family, friends, colleagues or sports or fitness group involved.
It’s your #SquatJumpChallenge your way!
To get involved, simply join our Facebook Group here and follow the steps to register and set up your Facebook Fundraiser. Or, if you don’t use Facebook, sign up by clicking here and set up a JustGiving page.
When you get your first donation, you’ll receive one of our emoji t-shirts, a printed tracker to mark off each day of your squats or star jumps, and a fundraising pack to help maximise the funds you raise.
Plus, if you raise £274 (or more) – which represents 10% of the cost of a day’s research – you’ll receive a special medal too. So go for it!
Join in, get fit, have fun and raise vital funds to help find a cure for brain tumours.
