National brain tumour research funding needs to increase to £35 million a year

A Paediatric Brain Tumour Symposium will be taking place next week in Nottingham.
This is an opportunity for families to get an insight on the latest developments in research and treatment for childhood brain tumours.
It is also a day for healthcare professionals to gain more perspective on the whole journey of brain tumour patients – from treatment to the management of long-term side effects.
This event will bring patients together with doctors, scientists, and caregivers as well as the charities who are leading the way in brain tumour research, support and campaigning.
