Together we will find a cure

Harry Mockett Appeal

Harry was diagnosed with a craniopharyngioma in May 2018, after suffering from vision problems. The tumour damaged Harry’s pituitary gland and he developed life-threatening complications from the surgery he needed to save his life.

Thankfully, with the support of his parents Sue and Ian, and sister Rosie, Harry is now doing well and is looking forward to releasing his debut EP ‘H.I.M.’ in June 2019.

Gift Aid Declaration

I confirm I am a UK tax payer and I agree to Brain Tumour Research claiming tax on all past present and future donations I make to the charity.

By ticking this box I am confirming I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and / or Capital Gains Tax for each year (6th April to 5th April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year.

I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify.

I understand that Brain Tumour Research will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give on or after 6th April 2008.
