Get your thinking caps on and plan a fun event at work:

  • Stage a sponsored office walk wearing your flowery hats and get your colleagues to ask their family and friends for donations to maximise the funds you raise
  • Ask everyone at your workplace to wear a hat with flowers and donate £10 on the day – ask if your employer will match fund what you raise and double your donations
  • Host a bake sale at the office and ask your colleagues to serve up their best hat and flower-themed treats – ask everyone to donate to sample the delicious delights
  • Divide into teams and hold a competition to see who can create the best flowery hat out of only materials you can find in the office or at your desk
  • Share photos of your carnation-adorned caps, floral fascinators, crocheted caps, tulip top hats on social media and include a link to your fundraising page
