1. Go to your profile photo on Facebook and click “update profile picture” then choose “add frame”
2. Type in the search bar “Brain Tumour Research” and choose the Jog 26 Miles in May frame
3. Click the button which says “Use as profile photo” when you’re happy with how it looks and choose how long it will stay on your photo - we would recommend choosing a month.

Use these on your social media and other platforms as you get close to reaching them whilst asking for donations with the link to your fundraiser to help you get there. Then post each one on your fundraising page and other platforms as you achieve it to thank your loved ones and colleagues for their support and then go for the next one!
