Britain Against Cancer Conference 2016

The annual Britain Against Cancer conference took place in Westminster this week. Hosted by the All Party Parliamentary Group on Cancer and attended by more than 450 people, the conference was a great opportunity for us to use our authority within the field of brain tumours to positively influence understanding of this disease.

Simon Stevens, Chief Executive of NHS England, shared positive news about cancer survival rates and prevention but recognised more still needs to be done. The event also offered us the chance to discuss key findings from our Report on National Research Funding with policy experts and Government decision makers.

We aim to fund brain tumour research in the same way as leukaemia, breast and other cancers - will you help us?
